Bristol-connected band Crowsilver released their new single, ‘If Only’, on 7 August 2026.

The band describe ‘If Only’ as a piece for anyone who has carried the weight of words left unsaid. The song explores the quiet grief of hindsight and the longing to hold a loved one close one last time.

Crowsilver describe the track as having an understated dark rock sound, with a melancholic but driving approach, atmospheric elements and infectious hooks.

Crowsilver formed in August 2023 and are primarily an online collaboration based in the South West of England. The four members describe their music as mostly dark gothic rock with progressive undertones, citing Type O Negative and The Gathering as reference points.

The band members are Jem Burrows on bass, Paul Hardy on guitars, Christian Holt on drums and Sonia Hutchinson on vocals and lyrics. Crowsilver mix their music in-house, with mastering by Christian Holt.

The supplied information also notes increased global radio airplay during the past year and says Crowsilver received Neil Jones’ ‘Band of the Year 2025’ award on his Neil on the Radio – Bad Monkey show in December 2025.
