Not noise. Not filler. Not another vague noticeboard full of “exciting chances” with no door handle attached.
This is for real opportunities that help artists, venues, festivals, promoters, studios, creative businesses and contributors make useful progress.
That might be a venue looking for suitable artists. A festival opening applications for an emerging stage. A promoter needing support acts. A studio offering useful time or space. A funding deadline worth knowing about. A contributor role. A collaboration that needs the right people around it.
The aim is simple: make it easier for good opportunities and suitable people to find each other.
The South West does not lack talent. What often gets lost is the route between people, places and chances. Information gets scattered across social posts, inboxes, posters, group chats and old contact lists. Artists miss deadlines. Venues struggle to reach the right acts. Useful support sits out of sight.
Opportunities may include gigs, festival slots, showcases, collaborations, media opportunities, funding and support, services, resources and volunteer or contributor roles.
Some will be open applications. Some will be curated. Some may require Artist Readiness before we can sensibly suggest a match.
Not every submission will be published. We will prioritise opportunities that are clear, relevant, fair and genuinely useful.
