Starfi’s musical career was sparked by the live performances of 80’s synth-pop pioneers several decades ago. His early recognition and radio play paved the way for a transition to DJ performances, where he showcased an eclectic house/techno mix during the dance music revolution in the nineties.

SENECA channel chaos and precision in equal measure with their blends of odd time-signatures, razor-sharp instrumentals and crooning, theatrical vocal melodies. Drawing from an ambitiously broad range of influences, they’re not easy to categorise with the many twists and turns embedded in the framework of their music.

Halfcut are a high energy act, with a focus on playing live, just taking every gig they can and trying to make it their best. They formed in Exeter back in October, played their first gig at Time Piece to a massive crowd, and have really been riding that momentum ever since.
