PROUD SPONSORS OF THE 2025 DEVON MUSIC AWARDS

We’re incredibly pleased to announce that Involving Music is a proud sponsor of next year’s MIDI TV Devon Music Awards!

We’re honoured and privileged to be part of this incredible celebration of Devon’s fantastic musical talent. We can’t wait to join in the festivities in January 2025.

As a community promoting grassroots music, local venues and talent in Exeter and beyond, supporting these awards in our second year of Involving Music felt like a natural step. We’re all about music-centred experiences, and this has allowed us to give back to the community that’s given us so much support.

We’re on the countdown to celebrate the incredible artists who continue to shape Devon’s dynamic music scene.

About the Devon Music Awards 2025

The Devon Music Awards, presented by the MIDI TV Initiative CIC, is back for its second year, and it’s set to be bigger and better than ever.

The awards, which will be held at Bomba in Exeter on Friday, January 31st, 2025, will again shine a spotlight on the immense musical talent across the Southwest. The public is invited to vote for their favourite acts, with nominations now open for ten categories, including Best Live Act, Best Album, Best New Artist, and more.

The first year of the awards saw 2,000 nominations and four finalists per category, and it was an overwhelming success. The event celebrated Devon’s diverse music scene. It also provided valuable exposure to artists who often face the challenge of being overlooked in larger cities like London or Manchester.

This year’s theme, “Serious Business”, represents the blend of epic and laid-back that defines Devon’s music scene. Local artists are legends in the making, yet they remain humble and relatable. It’s a fitting tribute to the strength and creativity driving Southwest’s music community, even in challenging times.

The awards ceremony will be hosted by comedian Marina O’Shea, with performances from some of the best bands and DJs Devon has to offer and an exciting after-party to keep the celebration going.
