AEG Presents & Live Nation Pixie McCann Pixie McCann makes ethereal weird music for weird girls, pairing haunting vocals with intricate live-looped performances that have built a deeply engaged online following and millions of likes across her socials. She started busking when she was just 11 years old and her immersive live shows have quickly translated online momentum into real-world demand, earning her a support slot with Erin LeCount on her UK tour alongside slots at The Great Escape, Truck, Latitudeand Boardmasters this year. A devoted fanbase drawn to her otherworldly sound and intimate, whimsical world-building congregates in Pixie Hollow, a Discord community of over 840 superfans who join regular Zoom and in-person meetups and even share in her creative process through a collaborative Pinterest board. Having written, produced and managed herself up until now, her next release Deja Vu sees her elevate her sound with additional production from Joel Pott (London Grammar, Shura, Joy Crookes, GeorgeEzra). The track came from a recording Pixie took on her walk home after a night out at 5am, capturing birds and passing cars, which she built the song around in a couple of hours. "I wanted it to sound like dawn. It's a codependent relationship where two people can't escape each other.
