Submit an event
The current gig listings data feed is due to close, so Involving Music will now rely much more on direct submissions from artists, venues, promoters and organisers.
If you have a gig, festival, open mic, showcase, release show or live music event coming up, the most helpful thing you can send is a clear poster.
Free Artist, Venue, Festival and Collective profiles can submit up to five gig posters in total for inclusion. This gives us enough room to support genuine activity while keeping the free directory manageable.
After five poster submissions are complete, ongoing gig, event or activity updates will require an upgraded profile.
This helps Involving Music keep the listings useful, current and sustainable, while giving more active artists, venues, festivals and organisers a clearer route for regular visibility across the platform.
Please make sure your poster clearly includes:
- Date
- Venue
- Town or city
- Artist names
- Ticket link
- Start time
- Age Restriction
We cannot guarantee every submission will be published, and we may decline posters that are unclear, incomplete, misleading, unsuitable for public publication, or not relevant to the South West music scene.
