SUBMIT AN EVENT.

Being listed online is useful. Being seen by the right people in the South West music scene is what really matters.​

Involving Music works with Data Thistle to power our event listings. When you submit your gig or music event through their form, it can appear on the Involving Music website as well as on Data Thistle and selected partner sites.​

HOW IT WORKS.

  • You’ll submit your event details on Data Thistle’s secure form.

  • Their editorial team reviews every listing before it goes live.​

  • Approved listings are then fed through to Involving Music and other platforms that use Data Thistle’s data feeds.​

We can’t guarantee that every event or image will be published, as all submissions go through Data Thistle’s content process.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT.

To give your event the best chance of being used:

  • Make sure your event is at least 7 days away – Data Thistle will only process listings that are a week or more in the future.​

  • Have your key info ready: event name, date and time, venue details, ticket link or box office, and a clear description.

  • Prepare at least one landscape image that you’re allowed to use for promotion.

If your event is cancelled or details change, please go back to your listing on Data Thistle and update it so it can be edited or removed as soon as possible.
