Each profile is designed as a useful public reference point within the South West music ecosystem. Profiles help artists, venues, festivals, services, partners, and music supporters understand who you are, what you do, and how people can quickly find the right information.

By submitting information for a profile, you confirm that:

• the details you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge

• you have permission to use any images, logos, artwork, music links, video links, written material, quotes and other assets supplied

• any photographer, designer, creator or rights-holder credits supplied are correct

• Involving Music may edit, format and present your submitted information for clarity, readability and consistency

• Involving Music may use submitted and publicly available images, links and information across the website, newsletter, social media and related promotional activity connected with your profile

• you will tell us if any image, credit, link, quote, detail or public information should not be used

Profiles do not mean Involving Music manages, represents, supervises, books, guarantees, certifies, inspects, or endorses the artist, venue, festival, business, service, organisation, event, opportunity, product, safety standards, facilities, or claims made beyond the published profile.

Involving Music does not guarantee gigs, bookings, press coverage, playlist inclusion, newsletter inclusion, sales, enquiries, audience attendance, sponsorship, opportunities, traffic, engagement, income, funding, commercial results, or any specific outcome.

Profiles are intended as useful ecosystem-facing reference points. They are not legal, financial, safety, safeguarding, technical, accessibility, contractual, or professional advice.

Reasonable factual corrections can be requested. Larger rewrites, new campaign pages, new feature articles, additional profile sections, substantial updates, or enhanced editorial work may be quoted separately.

If a profile includes enquiry options, contact forms, booking links or third-party links, Involving Music is not responsible for any agreement, conversation, transaction, booking, event, payment, cancellation, dispute, loss, damage, injury, or issue that may arise between external parties.

Involving Music may decline, pause, amend, remove, or refuse publication of any profile where information appears inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, reputationally risky, or inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.
