Venue type We are an independent live music venue and bar with a dedicated performance room and a flexible social space.

Location We are based just outside Exeter city centre, with easy access by rail, bus and nearby city-centre parking.

Capacity and setup The main room holds 250 standing, or up to 80 seated for acoustic, listening-room and showcase events.
