The ever-popular, multi-instrumentalist Phil Beer who will be returning to the village hall for an intimate gig on Saturday 23 May 2026 at 8.00 pm (doors at 7.30 pm) Whilst others say Phil is one of the most popular ambassadors for acoustic roots music. A dazzling instrumentalist, he is perhaps best known as a top-flight fiddler, Phil himself simply says: Phil Beer. Plays guitar and fiddle, sings a bit. Sums it up. World-class award winning multi-instrumentalist, singer, arranger and composer Phil Beer is a founder member of the internationally acclaimed folk/acoustic roots pioneers Show of Hands. His own Phil Beer Band is much in demand as are Beers solo performances. A sought after musical collaborator, session player, recording engineer and producer. Hotdogs are available to pre-order prior to the event, collect on entry. Bar and snacks available. Tickets costing 20 + booking fee.
