Low Wave brings together an eclectic range of influences unified through a love of powerful rhythms and a collective melodic sensibility for songwriting that is both reflective and anthemic. The group picks up on a thread left hanging by the Seattle grunge pioneers and carried forward by the alternative desert rock scene to deliver a unique soundscape blending riff-based rock with a modern voice. Their debut EP State of Mine was released to acclaim in 2024 attracting listeners around the world. Stepping out from a subsequent period of change in membership within the band, 2025 will see the release of their next single Poison Pear with a new vocalist and a bold evolution of artistic style ahead of the scheduled release of the groups debut album in early 2026. Low Wave was formed in 2023 by guitarist and songwriter Graham Waddell, joined by Ella Partridge (drums), Colin Penn (bass), and Leanne Pharaoh (vocals). The Juliettes The Juliettes (Nelly, George, Raina, Joe and Harry) is an exciting new young band from Devon with a wide range of influences from indie guitar to classic rock, pop and soul. Their debut single "Too Far" blends lush guitar melodies and bittersweet vocals to evoke the fading days of summer. Ashburton Arts Centre Always three prices please pay what you can.
