Bomba is a versatile event space and nightclub located on Exeter Quay. The venue is centred on culture and self-expression, with music at its foundation. It’s known as the most versatile event space in Exeter, hosting a range of events including club nights, live bands, private parties, theatre performances, live sport screenings, food events, and much more. First opened as Warehouse & Boxes around 1987, this venue has been a part of Exeter’s music scene for over 40 years, with some incredible acts gracing the stage. From the likes of John 00 Fleming, K-Klass, Laurence Guy, Year Of The Dog, and Joey The Lips, we have a plethora of genres for everyone to let loose and find their space on the dance floor. Now equipped with a high-fidelity Funktion-One sound system and a controllable lighting system, Bomba will always be an immersive experience for true music enthusiasts. You’ll find there’s also a drink for everyone, with their own brand of brewed Bomba Beer, Bomba spiced rums, local ciders and an extensive list of refreshing cocktails.
There’s comfortable seating available, along with two outdoor terraces to enjoy the sun or get some fresh air. Additionally, a dedicated private DJ Studio is fitted with Funktion-One sound and the latest club-standard Pioneer equipment.

Payments:
Payment depends on the Band's Level and whether they have a following. We also allow Bands to use the venue and take the door, covering the cost of the sound engineer and Security from the takings. Or if they are an established band, Bomba pays a fee.
