All aged just 16, Sekrement are part of a new wave pushing Grungecore to the front, dragging grunge through the weight and aggression of hardcore, and twisting it into something darker, louder, and more visceral.
Their sound is pure Grungecore: ferocious, down-tuned riffs soaked in grit, crashing headfirst into a rhythm section that hits like a tidal wave. It’s chaos with intent, melody buried under distortion, hooks sharpened into weapons.
Their second single explores the difference between temporary physical harm and more permanent psychological pain, and how someone can struggle to come back the same after the emotional damage is done.
