About Sekrement:
Aged between 15 and 17 and hailing from Torbay, Sekrement are the sound of the storm rolling in off the coast - loud, undeniable and impossible to ignore.
Their sound is a unique blend of Nu Metal, Grunge and Hip Hop, a maelstrom of ferocious riffs and a rhythm section that hits like a tidal wave.
Sekrement has gained a reputation for an "impressive and punchy presence on stage" (Torbay Weekly) that demands your attention, and were recent finalists in the Devon Secondary Schools Battle of the Bands.
Early influences included Nirvana, Alice in Chains, and Radiohead. Then the band moved towards the music of Deftones, Korn, and Rage Against the Machine as their sound evolved into something heavier and more visceral.
