Roger Heathers
About Roger Heathers:
Roger Heathers is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Devon, UK.
Roger writes songs inspired by the melodic sensibilies of writers like Paul McCartney, Cat Stevens, Elliott Smith and Kate Bush.
This 60s/70s influence also extends into the production of Roger's songs; live instrumentation, carefully arranged harmonies, and light acoustic touches, all of which are recorded between Roger's home studio and Stiff Crowd, Exeter.
In addition to producing music, Roger also hosts two podcasts. The Weekly Song Podcast, where he and fellow songwriter Declan Kitchener each compose a song per week and discuss the writing process.
And, The Monthly Cover Podcast in which Roger along with friends Declan, Josh and Sammy each cover a song every month in line with a set challenge.
