Rhys Hurd

About Rhys Hurd:

Bold and unapologetic, Rhys Hurd's music takes the sound of '80s stadium rock into the 2020s, drawing inspiration from modern Disco Pop and Electronic music.

Rhys' anthemic sound, along with a stage presence built from over 6 years of experience and refinement, has created a reputation for being one of the best live acts coming from Falmouth.

2025 brought Rhys' latest 7-track EP "teach me how to love.". This EP has received much praise in the local music scene and has created fan favourites such as "do It my way.," "dancing in mangos.," and "teach me how to love.".

Touching on subjects such as self-confidence, mental health, and past struggles with finding love, this EP is both a story of personal struggles and a story of 6 years of Rhys' career as an artist.

"teach me how to love." is a message to all to keep learning, keep making mistakes and keep being yourself.
