Cloud is an artist hailing from Exeter who is bravely ushering in a new era of folk music.

Cutting her teeth on the Edinburgh Fringe festival in 2025, she has already made waves with the release of her debut album, Warm as Summer, Bright as Blood.

The album guides the listener through a journey of love and loss; of mountains and oceans and of burning at the stake.

We follow a persecuted witch in her struggles against the world she is cursed to inhabit – a fictional, fantastical, medieval world presenting new horrors at every turn.

With haunting vocals, guitar riffs that could slice you in two, and melodies to tame even the most fearsome of beasts, this album is not one to miss.
